360° Leadership

360° Leadership acknowledges the importance of looking at more than simply the traditional “leader-follower dyad”. 

In the reputation economy, leaders are fully aware that the impact of their actions extends to a much broader range of stakeholders. Customers, business partners, contractors, investors and even the media look to hold leaders accountable for both the leaders actual performance and his/her communication on that performance. When stakeholders see excellence in both of these, in any given social context, this provides the leader with a “licence to operate"

Are my stakeholders aligned?
