After 18 months of testing of a range of virtual delivery platforms, Brough Leadership Institute has decided to become a licensed provider of virtual training solutions using the Adobe® Connect™ platform. This is an ideal platform for our delivery of  elearning, webconferencing, web seminars and virtual classroom programmes in leadership and organisational development, sales training, negotiation skills, presentation skills and even high performance intact and virtual teams.

We are able to share ideas powerfully using Adobe® Connect™ web conferencing software. As a participant, you can also securely share presentations and multimedia right from your desktop, and get feedback from hundreds of participants — all using a web browser and the Adobe Flash® Player runtime, already installed on more than 98% of Internet-connected personal computers. Attendees can join meetings by clicking a URL, with no annoying wait times or downloads. The training that we offer in conjunction with the Adobe® Connect™ platform helps us bring people together from around the world — coworkers, customers, partners, and vendors — for immediate collaboration and interactivity. All you need is a web browser and Flash Player, already installed on over 98% of Internet-connected desktops worldwide. In the rare case that a user needs to download Flash Player, it's a quick and easy process.
